Optimo IoT LoRaWAN Monitoring kit: A complete solution for using LoRaWAN sensors and actuators that lets you build a wireless monitoring and control system integrated within the Optimo IoT system

STEP1 Select your LoRaWAN sensors

The LoRaWAN communication protocol makes it possible to build networks of low-consumption, battery-powered wireless sensors that send data over long distances with no cabling for power or signal transmission.

Optimo IoT engineers will select the most suitable LoRaWAN sensors for your monitoring application.

LoRaWAN module for AL300

Connects to the Optimo AL300 Gateway and allows direct integration of LoRaWAN devices. The AL300 acts as a Network Server, so it can keep communicating with devices even without an internet connection.

Remote pulse counter

Counts LED pulses and efficiently transmits data on energy, water and gas consumption over the LoRaWAN network.

Remote temperature sensor

Battery-powered sensor that measures temperature and transmits the reading wirelessly over the LoRaWAN network.

Environmental sensors

Monitor ambient conditions such as temperature and humidity so you can monitor and optimise HVAC systems and thermal production processes.

Modbus communication module

Read and write registers on Modbus RS485 devices over the air using the LoRaWAN wireless network. The module needs a power supply and a connection to the serial bus. It supports up to 32 connected devices

Remote current sensor

Accurately measures the electrical current drawn, with no batteries and no cabling, enabling remote monitoring over LoRaWAN connectivity. The sensor powers itself from the alternating current flowing through the monitored cable

The local web interface handles pairing, configuration, monitoring and debugging of connections for LoRaWAN devices, through the LoRaWAN Network Server built into our gateway AL300
