Optimo IoT Compressed Air kit: a complete solution for monitoring compressed air networks, letting you track the consumption of your loads and the electrical draw of the compressor room

STEP1 Installing the monitoring devices

A flow meter is installed on each compressed air load to measure the compressed air flow rate, together with relative humidity sensors to watch for condensate in the distribution network. The compressor room also gets electricity meters to track the draw of the compressors and the in-line dryers.

The monitoring devices are connected over Modbus TCP/IP to our AL300 gateway, which collects the readings and sends them to our remote monitoring cloud platform, Optimo IoT.

STEP2 Monitoring the data on dashboards

The data collected by the AL300 is monitored in real time on the platform Optimo IoT, either through the offline local display interface or using our cloud service.

The data can also be sent over OPC/UA or via HTTP API to your site supervisory system or to other platforms.

Monitor your plants from a single, fully customisable cloud interface, calculate KPIs, send email and SMS alerts when something goes wrong, and generate custom PDF reports sent automatically to the addresses you choose.
