Monitoring IoT 5.0

An IoT system for monitoring energy carrier consumption and calculating performance indicators, sustainability indicators and KPIs tied to production volumes

Our Internet of Things system

Optimo IoT Gateway AssetLinker 300

Our IoT gateway acts as the central node for collecting, processing and forwarding to the cloud the data from devices and sensors across the plant

  • WiFi, LAN or 4G connectivity
  • Acquisition over Modbus, OPC UA, BACnet
  • Direct integration with Siemens PLCs
  • Analogue and digital inputs and outputs
  • Web server for offline use
  • VPN for remote work
  • Local storage (data logger)
  • Data exposed to PLCs and controllers

Web interface Optimo IoT

Our platform for viewing and managing the data from the IoT gateway in the cloud. It lets you monitor machine status and performance in real time, and also interact with and control the process

  • user access from a web interface
  • real-time monitoring
  • remote management and optimisation of the plant
  • recording of historical operating trends
  • Email and SMS notifications
  • API for communicating with other clouds

Talking to the factory machines

The machines on the plant send data to the IoT gateway over Modbus, OPC UA or through the machine PLC.

The IoT gateway receives this data, processes and stores it locally and forwards it to the web interface, to the factory management system or to your suppliers’ systems.

The gateway and the cloud talk over MQTT on WiFi, Ethernet or 4G mobile, which is what makes remote monitoring and control possible.
